- Arranged insurance with Don Woods Relocations
- Made arrangements for your pets
- Contacted Telecom to transfer telephone
- Redirected mail through NZ Post
- Told your solicitor, bank, accountant you’re moving
- Told your doctor, dentist, vet you’re moving
- Arranged final power/gas accounts (& set up new)
- Cancelled milk and newspaper deliveries
- Notified children’s schools & arranged new schools
- Disposed of unwanted goods
- Arrange to take keys, money, documents personally
- Emptied & defrosted refrigerator/freezer
- Cleared garden/tool shed and garage
- Ensure pot plants are not watered 24 hours prior to your move
